Green Plus Is Mostly Rubbing Alcohol
- BioFriendly's own Materials Safety
Data Sheet for Green Plus indicates that the product is 95%
isopropanol:
- Isopropanol, also
known as 2-propanol or isopropyl alcohol, is the chemical name for
rubbing alcohol.
- WFAA-TV ordered an independent analysis of Green Plus and their
lab results showed that
it is 99.5% rubbing alcohol .
BioFriendly's extreme dilution claims (a few ounces of GreenPlus is
supposedly enough to treat many gallons of diesel fuel) are
reminiscent of homeopathy, a pseudo-science nicely debunked in this
article.
